The first meeting of Gunners to establish our Association was held on 7 April 1978. There are ten members still with us who were at that meeting and four of them had a get together lunch at the Highett RSL on 3 July.
They enjoyed a wonderful meal and a chat and well done to make the effort to attend along with their wives and a friend.

Unable to attend were: David Conlan, Judith Davis, Ian George, Doug Perry, Roger Smith and George Wilson. We hope they can enjoy another meeting in the future along with the others who were unable to attend.
