The RAA Assoc (Vic) Inc cordially invites all members and interested visitors to their 42nd Annual General Meeting 2018 to be held on Sunday 8th December 2019 at Sargood Barracks, 8 Chapel Street, St Kilda East commencing at 10:30 AM.
Please advise the Secretary via email or via Aust Post mail if you are unable to attend or will be sending a proxy in your place . (Postal: PO Box 125 Patterson Lakes Vic 3197).
Proxy forms and apologies to be received by the Secretary no later than Friday 6th December 2019. For members attending the meeting in person it will be necessary to register your name for any voting purposes prior to the commencement of the meeting.
