RAA Assoc (S.A) Gunners’ Lunch

In the previous newsletter I forecast a visit by Association members to the Army Museum of South Australia to view all exhibits, but in particular, the restored 18 pdr Gun.

The Committee has agreed to combine this visit with the first Gunners’ Lunch for the year, and, in selecting a date, was mindful of the training commitments of the serving members of 6/13 Light Battery to facilitate their attendance also.

Date:                    Sunday 17^th March

Time:                  Museum Tour commences 10.00am

Venue:                Army Museum of SA, Keswick Barracks

Dress:                  Neat casual (‘on duty’ serving members – Dress of the day)

Cost:                    Association Financial Members – No Charge

                               Serving Members  – No Charge

                                Children under 12 years – $2

                                All other attendees – $20 per head

Lunch:                 Lunch, and the 1^st drink, will be provided following the                                  guided tour – other drinks at own expense.

Special Diet?:      Please advise if you have a special dietary requirement; Museum catering staff will try to meet any special need

Parking:              Parking will be available behind the Artillery Depot.

NOTE: Attendees wishing to may return to the Museum after lunch at no extra charge.
