9 Regiment RAA raising the regiment parade

To mark the establishment of 9 Regt, there will be a raising the regiment parade and other activities on 14 April 2018 at Victoria Barracks, Sydney.
Timings for the event itself would be:
1300 hrs – Guests arrive for event
1300 – 1430 – Victoria barracks museum open
1445 – Guests seated
1500 – Parade commences
1630 – Official function – Officer’s Mess lawn
1800 – Official activities conclude
1900 – Informal activities – Coogee Pavilion
The Association is seeking expressions of interest from members who would like to attend and with numbers permitting, the Association plans to hire transport and source 2 nights accommodation. We have a tight organisational window for this as we need to reply early April. We would like your RSVP (expression of interest) no later than 26 March so we have enough time to source accommodation for those attending.
Due to Australia Posts delays in mail delivery this tight RSVP timing cannot guaranteed delivery in time, so if you know someone who is not on email, please contact them to see if they would like to attend also. Please return RSVP to Secretary@artilleryvic.org.au When we register attendance we are also required to quote a government issued photo identification number (ie, drivers licence, passport) which will be used by security staff to gain entry. Please provide this number with type of ID upon replying.
We will confirm numbers on 26 March and contact those interested with associated costs upon accommodation and transport enquiries.
